Figures that the post office would deliver e-mail to the wrong address too. Why does the post office have a fax machine? I’d think you’d just tell the sender that you’d send a guy to pick it up.

CPU Managers:
It is very important you adhere to the hours of operation specified in your CPU contract. Contract Postal Units are to be open when their parent station /COR post office is open unless other hours were agreed to in your contract.
In the event of bad weather or an emergency of any type, please contact your parent office/COR to discuss closure with them. The parent office must be notified in advance and permission provided for CPUs to close at any time that deviates from the hours in your contract.
It is critical that your parent post office be advised of potential closures so they may notify transportation and the registry room that there may not be a deposit that day.
Thank you for your cooperation.
